In 2023/24 Nomad Design introduced the now world-famous Squidtrex™ Squid vibe. There has never been a lure that can do what the Squidtrex™ does. The SQUIDTREX™ vibrating Squid vibe uses Patented technology to combine a soft vibration lure into a squid shaped body. 

Squidtrex™ was first introduced into the market with 4 sizes: 95mm, 110mm, 130mm & 150mm and with much success, sold out completely within a few days of launching. To find out more about the original Squidtrex™ sizes, watch the following video: 

After much success over the following year on the original sizes, the Squidtrex™ range was expanded to offer some bay & estuary sizes in models including: 55mm, 65mm, 75mm & 85mm. These Snack Sized Squids were also really popular at launch and continue to be a staple in the inshore fishing scene, for chasing anything from Bream, Whiting, Flathead, Tailor, Jewfish, Jacks, Salmon and many more species.

Lastly, the Squidtrex™ range wasn't totally complete without some larger sizes to satisfy the deep jigging market. Therefore, the XL Squidtrex™ range was introduced with XL sizes from 170mm, 190 & 220mm. The XL range is mainly used for ultimate deep dropping but also includes an extra front tow point for giving the angler the option to troll it up to 10knts.
